  • Email and WhatsApp notification delivery

3. User Responsibilities & Obligations

By using AutoRemind.net, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Obtain proper consent from recipients before sending messages
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Not use the service to harm, harass, or exploit others
  • Be solely responsible for all content you create, send, or distribute

YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MESSAGES, CONTENT, AND COMMUNICATIONS SENT THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. AUTOREMIND.NET ACTS SOLELY AS A TRANSMISSION PLATFORM.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following content and activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on AutoRemind.net:

4.1 Criminal Activities

  • Drug trafficking, distribution, or promotion of controlled substances
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Weapons trafficking, sale, or promotion of illegal firearms
  • Money laundering or financial fraud
  • Terrorism or promotion of terrorist activities
  • Any other activities that violate criminal laws

4.2 Sexual & Exploitative Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - ZERO TOLERANCE
  • Child exploitation or grooming of any kind
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Sex trafficking or prostitution services
  • Sexual harassment or solicitation

4.3 Harmful Content

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats
  • Promotion of self-harm or suicide
  • Misinformation that could cause public harm
  • Defamatory or libelous content
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes

4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

Our AI poster generation system implements strict keyword filtering to prevent the creation of:

  • Hate symbols or extremist imagery

5.2 Message Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to implement automated and manual review systems to detect and prevent messages containing references to illegal activities including but not limited to drug communications, human trafficking, and other criminal content.

5.3 Reporting & Cooperation

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities including but not limited to PDRM (Malaysia), FBI (US), Europol (EU), and INTERPOL.

6. Account Termination

IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT NOTICE

AutoRemind.net reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate, suspend, or restrict any account that violates these Terms without prior notice and without refund. This includes:

  • Violation of prohibited content policies
  • Suspected involvement in illegal activities
  • Abuse of the messaging system (spam, harassment)
  • Fraudulent account activity
  • Any activity that brings harm to AutoRemind.net's reputation

Upon termination, all user data may be retained for legal compliance purposes and may be provided to law enforcement if required.

7. Limitation of Liability

AUTOREMIND.NET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF MESSAGES OR REMINDERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Content created, sent, or distributed by users
  • Actions taken by recipients of messages
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service
  • Third-party services including WhatsApp, email providers
  • Data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures
  • Consequences of missed reminders or undelivered messages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOREMIND.NET AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AutoRemind.net in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoRemind.net, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you create, send, or distribute through the platform
  • Any illegal activities conducted through your account

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of AutoRemind.net is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with:

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
